Vitamin D

Do you take your Vitamin D ? Or better another question; do you suffer from body aches and pains as well as lack of energy? I suffer for many years, and most physician told me that I suffer from stress and luck of sleep, or that it was just all in my head and I have just to live with it.

I didn't like the answer and soon I tried to avoid seeing a physician as much as possible. In the same time my weight went more and more up, I suffer from back and knee pain, some days so bad that I almost didn't can walk, and the doctor told me just to take pain pills and exercise.

I did agree with it, but in the same time I knew that something is off in my body something may easy to fix, that I may suffer from the chemical reaction in my medication or something like that.

After only 2 weeks that I was taking my Vitamin D from Shaklee, I started to lose weight without been on diet or exercise, my body aches are gone, the skin rush on my hands are gone. I don't feel depressed anymore and my femininity feelings are back.

Overall I feel so good and I am myself again. I have now the energy, can focus on my work and got my work done. Now I need less sleep, I wake up before my alarm clock goes on and I am ready to start the day. I am happy again and now I can bring my live to another level, and all of this just because I started to take my Vitamin D from Shaklee, Vita-D3.
