People are joining various Business Opportunities or even bring there Business to the Internet, but pretty soon they lose focus with their Online Marketing activity. Some try to find shortcuts or others are busier with learning than taking action. On the end they have no results, spending all their money and they give up with their dream of Online Marketing.

I am not a person who tells you what you want to hear and that I have the only secret formula to get quick rich on the Internet. No, I am not that person! I just like to help you to shorten your learning curve and tell you what works great for me in my Online Marketing Business and what not. Oh yes, I felled into the traps from some so called Guru's and I paid a lot of money for training that I already knew or was more advance in it. I even wonder how their formula even can work and if they were affiliate in all this paid service they recommended, but on the end they are making their money by selling their training and not by doing Online Marketing the way they tell other to do it.

You must learn the skills of selling, people skills and everything about Online Marketing and which tools to use. This can be very confusing with a lot of traps to lose focus and been unproductive. Are this activities sounds familiar to you? Checking fast your e-mails and before you know you click on some links and going from one website to another and you find interested things. Sometimes how they build their website or what they are doing and than you may think you are doing some research to help yourself to improve your website and getting better ideas. Or you are reading things that are very interesting, but on the end has nothing to do with your business. You may also get involved in twitter or facebook and start taking to your friends, who are not in the Online Marketing Industry and no prospects. Or what about text messaging on your phone or calling y our friend or family member in your business hours? Or what about the TV or your famous series?

As you see there are so many traps to steel our time, and the only way to be protected from it is to be focus. You need to have planed your day and be disciplined. To stay focus I like to do for every day my to-do-list and to check it off, in the same time to report any challenges or what worked and what not. This way I know how to do it again. When you don't keep journal on it, you done it ones, but the next time you didn't know how you got there the first time and in the same time when you know how something's works you can duplicate it again and again. On the other hand I also had a to-do-list for several days and when I didn't put down what needed to be done each day, I ended up ending in technical challenges or was unproductive and got nothing done, except I spent all this time on my computer. So you see I am not telling you what to do, but I am telling you how easy it is to lose focus on the Internet and get nothing done.

Online Marketing or any kind of business only has one secret to success and that is results, and results mean making commission and get paid. Any other activity that you do and don't makes you money is just a hobby or been an amateur. Results only come from laser focus what needs to be done and get it done fast. Did you even know that been laser focus will cut your time? This means that you do so much more in less time! The good news is that everyone can learn this skills, but it is up to you how serious you are and willing to get self-discipline. This is the problem from 98% Online Marketers , they are not focus and don't do income producing activities and than they give up and blaming everyone else for their luck of focus to get the job done.

Easy Online Marketing without Ego

Online Marketing can be very easy, but most people standing themselves in the way and avoiding to become successful. Most don't think it is their fault, because society tells people all the time that this was not there fault. They always pointing back to the past, to blame someone from their past that had hurt them and how to protect themselves for the future that this will not happen again. They built groups were people are talking about their pain of the past and get advise them how to protect themselves that this will not happen again.

You may ask now, what that really has to do with Online Marketing ? We all had any kind of pain or were hurt in the past and our body builds an ego to protect us to get hurt again. This Ego builds than our character and how we create our future. You probably heart many times the farce to move on, and this is the biggest challenge and misunderstood problem for people to create a successful business. Moving on means nothing else than to let the past go, don't keep it alive inside yourself, because you only hurt yourself and never will be creative and real active in your business.

Your ego also is hurting you when you don't forgive your past. Don't worry they will pay for it, that's karma. Yes your ego want to protect you that people don't hurt you any more, and it lets you act in a way that you will attract more people who will hurt you and keeps the good ones away from you. You see a lot of people who have a big ego in Online Marketing and make a lot of money, will lose it also very fast.

In Online Marketing you must put your ego away and go from your heart how you can help people, This means forgive the ones who hurt you, and know so many people also had this experience in their life. Move on and look how you can create a great future. With forgiveness you will turn your creativity back on and this attitude of kindness and determination will attract people who also want to move forwards. Suddenly you will not waste time anymore with dead stuff, now you are in the creation mode to create a successful business and wealth.

Too many people allowing their ego to stop their Online Marketing Business, with attitude to blame other for their own mistake, or knowing everything better that they are not teachable and coachable. Your ego never allows you to be successful, just check your bank account it will tell you. People with too much ego are always broken and they talk bad about others and than they wonder why nobody want to do business with them or your ego don't let you do income-producing activities.

Now ask yourself one question, what is your ego? Let it go so your creativity can be turned on to lead you move toward success in Business and in your Online Marketing campaigns.

Online Marketing is one of the important skills to learn for everyone who wants to become successful on the Internet. Online Marketing skills are a must to be seen and easy be found on Google. Like any other kind of business, marketing is the key to make money on the Internet.

It is sad that only 2% understanding the skills of online marketing and 98% ignore it and think they don't need to learn it. In the same time I ask myself why is it so hart to help people? Are they are so burnt from the guru's or did they have a misunderstanding about Online Marketing? Yes, I heart many saying that they want a successful online marketing business, but they can't sell and don't want to sell in person. But what the most of them don't know or don't understand is, is that we sell all the time.

When you have a job, I congratulate you as a sales person, because you sold yourself to your boss that you can do the job. When you are married, you sold yourself to your spouse to pick you.

When you gave your friend an advice and they took it, you sold them the advice or idea.

When you tell your kids to clean their room and they do it, you sold it to them.

As you may see, we are always selling and buying! When we are buying, that means we are buying someone's idea, advice, product or service. So why is it than so painful for people to sell in their business, special when they come on the Internet. The only answer what I have, that people been told that they are not good or others are not interested in what we are selling.

Well, this exactly will mess up your mind so badly, and it will hold you back to take the action and get the job done. In the same time we see more and more people who think that they have a right and someone must handed it to them. Again this only will call for frustration, anger, and disappointment.

The answer is really simple, everyone can learn the skills of Online Marketing and selling, but they also have to earn it. No skills ever can be just bought, they must be learned and with more and more practice this skills will make you a professional in your niche. All you need is the right skills and training, than you must use what you have learned by taking action. Practice your new Online Marketing skills and pretty soon you will be so good, that you will sell your knowledge or service to another person.
